PHOENIX R-AC® - ASTM VERIFIED - UP TO 35 MILLION POUND CAPACITY

CSI is the only west coast company that has three wholly owned regeneration/reactivation facilities with state-of-the-art green pollution control technology. We have an annual capacity of up to 40 million pounds and growing. Our Phoenix R-AC® are tested according to ASTM D-28 activated carbon testing protocols and are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis for each lot.. We can custom reactivate both liquid and vapor phase carbons and/or provide high quality Phoenix R-AC® grade carbons.

CSI has several various types of rotary kilns that operate at around 2000 degrees F and allow us to speed up or slow down our kilns according to what activity level we want the finished Phoenix R-AC® product to be. We are the only company capable of regenerating the synthetic beaded carbon which is less than half the price of virgin.

With over 20 years of reactivation experience and room to grow, we plan on adding a NSF certified kiln to reactivate municipal spent carbon to our Phoenix R-AC® branded specifications. This dedicated NSF kiln will be operational in 2024.
